Like income tax withholding back in the 20's and 30's, the EITC is being pushed big time as a way for low income tax payers to earn extra cash. Not only are they getting back more than they pay in, but they are getting use to withholding, doing returns and getting a nice fat check at the end of the year. The league of cities sees it as cash for the COMMUNITY, and a cool welfare program that looks better than long lines at the county social services building. What a joke it is.

I listen to these videos when I am really bored and want to fall asleep plus they keep me up on all the mind games the government is playing. I suggest everyone listen to these videos and then right your congress person and give them a piece of your mind. However I suggest cranking up the speed to about 1.5 - 1.7 if you can. I find it goes a lot faster, it's pretty funny to watch and I can still understand what I need to.
