Subject: Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) Request, 5 U.S.C. 552
Greetings Disclosure Officer:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I request that a copy of the following documents be provided to Me, without delay:
1. proper SENATE CONFIRMATION for Mr. Stephen R. Monier, currently claiming to occupy the office of United States Marshal in Concord, New Hampshire, as required by the federal statute at 28 U.S.C. 561(c) and by the Appointments Clause in the Constitution for the United States of America, as lawfully amended;
2. proper PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION signed by the President of the United States of America and countersigned by the U.S. Attorney General for Mr. Stephen R. Monier, currently claiming to occupy the office of United States Marshal in Concord, New Hampshire, as required by 28 U.S.C. 561(c);
3. proper OPM Form 61 APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVIT for Mr. Stephen R. Monier, currently claiming to occupy the office of United States Marshal in Concord, New Hampshire, as required by 5 U.S.C. sections 3331 and 2906;
4. proper OATH OF OFFICE for Mr. Stephen R. Monier, currently claiming to occupy the office of United States Marshal in Concord, New Hampshire, as required by the federal statute at 28 U.S.C. 563;
5. proper OPM Form 61 APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS for all Deputy United States Marshals who participated in exercises during the past sixty (60) days in and around the private property of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Brown, as required by 5 U.S.C. sections 3331 and 2906;
6. proper OATHS OF OFFICE for all Deputy United States Marshals who participated in exercises during the past sixty (60) days in and around the private property of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Brown, as required by the federal statute at 28 U.S.C. 563;
7. proper OPM Form 61 APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS for all law enforcement officers employed at any time during the past sixty (60) days by the Office of the United States Marshal in Concord, New Hampshire, specifically including also any and all contract mercenaries acting under orders of Stephen R. Monier during the past sixty (60) days, as required by 5 U.S.C. sections 3331 and 2906; and,
8. proper OATHS OF OFFICE for all law enforcement officers employed at any time during the past sixty (60) days by the Office of the United States Marshal in Concord, New Hampshire, specifically including also any and all contract mercenaries acting under orders of Stephen R. Monier during the past sixty (60) days, as required by the federal statute at 28 U.S.C. 563.
I request a waiver of all fees for this request.
Disclosure of the requested information to Me is in the public interest, because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations and activities of the federal government, and is not primarily in My commercial interest.

1. proper Presidential Commissions signed by the President of the United States of America and countersigned by the U.S. Attorney General for three (3) federal employees currently seated on the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, as required by 5 U.S.C. sections 2104 and 2902;
2. proper OPM Form 61 Appointment Affidavits signed by three (3) federal employees currently seated on the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, as required by 5 U.S.C. sections 3331 and 2906;
3. proper Oaths of Office for United States Judges signed by three (3) federal employees currently seated on the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, as required by 28 U.S.C. section 453; and,
4. proper Senate Confirmations of three (3) federal employees currently seated on the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, as required by the Appointments Clause in the Constitution for the United States of America, as lawfully amended.
Below please find an alphabetical list of the proper names of all three (3) federal employees whose credentials above I am hereby requesting, and as listed at 488 F.Supp.2d, Pages VII-VIII, and at the Internet Website of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
I request a waiver of all fees for this request.
