It's an old trick but with a new twist.

Remember back in the days of the depression when banks started to foreclose on farms. The entire town would go down to the hall of records and set fire to it so the banks couldn't foreclose anymore. That's because the law, common sense and your community were in charge, not the bankers. This time the system has done it to itself by creating a junk mortgage market. And because they are creating loans and money out of thin air, it is very difficult to prove who or what actually owns your mortgage and your homes. If you do get a notice, please fight it as long as you can. Don't let the banks or the system push you around. PUSH BACK. Read the next article for more info.
