This letter is lawful notification to you, pursuant to The Bill of Rights of
the National Constitution, in particular, the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth
and Ninth Amendments, and The Bill of Rights of the New Mexico Constitution,
in particular, Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 17 and 18, and pursuant to your
oath, and requires your written response to me specific to the subject
matter. Your failure to respond, within 30 days, as stipulated, and rebut,
with particularity, everything in this letter with which you disagree is
your lawful, legal and binding agreement with and admission to the fact that
everything in this letter is true, correct, legal, lawful and binding upon
you, in any court, anywhere in America, without your protest or objection or
that of those who represent you. Your silence is your acquiescence. See:
Connally v. General Construction Co., 269 U.S. 385, 391. Notification of
legal responsibility is "the first essential of due process of law." Also,
see: U.S. v. Tweel, 550 F. 2d. 297. "Silence can only be equated with fraud
where there is a legal or moral duty to speak or where an inquiry left
unanswered would be intentionally misleading."

Active treason, sedition, and insurrection occur daily in the house, senate,
administration and courts of this Nation. You, sir (madam), pursuant to your
oath, have apparently done absolutely nothing about these heinous crimes,
and in fact, aid and abet them. Those who commit this treason are known by
their actions and not by their words. In the recent so-called election, when
American Citizens cannot trust the results because they cannot trust a word
stated by public officers of their own government, the overwhelming voice of
the American People was raised in opposition to the evil government which
currently controls this Nation, with full support from you and your cronies,
no matter how much you or they may object.

Congress is the only governmental branch to which the People, by and through
the Constitution of the united States of America, have delegated legislative
authority. See: Article I, Section 1. However, the executive and judicial
branches assume authority not granted in the Constitution and create "law"
which is totally unconstitutional and, thus, not binding upon Sovereign
American Citizens. Of course, this fraudulent and deceptive evil government
has convinced the People that they are "U.S. citizens" and not American
Citizens. You apparently have done absolutely nothing to correct this
deception, promulgated by and for that government and those who manipulate
it behind the scene who pay you to keep your silence. If, in fact, you know
the truth and do not reveal it to the People, then, you keep silent for the
money, power and position and you perpetrate fraud and actively participate
in the treason.

All laws created by congress for American Citizens must be Constitutionally
compliant and specific to the Bill of Rights. No laws passed by congress can
supersede Rights guaranteed in the Constitution. A law must be valid to
exist and must exist to be enforced - yet the vast majority of "laws"
congress passes act directly in opposition and contradiction to the
Constitution, the very document to which members of congress have sworn
oaths to protect and uphold, including you. This government enforces invalid
"laws" and "laws" which do not even exist to the detriment of the Citizens
of America. It would appear that you have some intelligence and common
sense, yet, by your actions, it appears that you consistently aid and abet
the sedition, insurrection and treason rampant throughout this renegade
government, in dereliction of your duties to the Public Trust and in abject
perjury of your oath. Although it appears obvious, the question is "Why?"

One example of this is the recent "Military Commissions Act of 2006", which
is an absolutely blatant affront to the Constitution, to the People of this
Nation, to the principles upon which America theoretically stands and to the
world. This Machiavellian piece of evil endangers American Citizens and all
"suspected enemies" of this government, not of this Nation. There is a world
of difference between the evil government whom you serve and the Nation,
which is properly the good People of America, whose interests you are
elected to serve. There is nothing specifically stated in this piece of evil
that exempts American Citizens from the effects of this barbarous bill, for
which you (voted) (did not vote). (Because of your vote for this sinister,
unconstitutional bill, you confirm your treason by your vote and your
actions.) (Since you did not vote for this bill, you have confirmed, in one
small part, your duty to the Public Trust and to the Constitution, but you
have not vociferously opposed this treason, on the floor of the (house)
(senate), nor have you publicly warned the American People of this treachery
imposed upon them under color of law and the ubiquitous use and abuse of the
fear of "terrorism". As Sovereign American Citizens, we have the duty to
oppose all enemies of this Nation, foreign and DOMESTIC. The actions of our
so-called public servants clearly demonstrate that they are, in fact,
DOMESTIC ENEMIES TO THE PEOPLE OF THIS NATION AND TO THE FOUNDING DOCUMENT
OF THIS NATION - THE CONSTITUTION.

The only ones who are "theoretically" exempt are "citizens of the United
States", who are not in the same classification as American Citizens. The
former are under the jurisdiction of the U.S. government, which is
purportedly the servant of the People; the latter are under the jurisdiction
of the Constitution, which is the Supreme Law of the Land and the highest
authority in this Nation. Due to your intelligence and common sense, you
KNOW that there is a major difference; yet, you say nothing about this fraud
perpetrated daily and deliberately upon the People to their political and
financial detriment, which you actively support.

The bill allows the dictator and his entourage to declare anyone an "enemy
combatant", and just as they made up this term, they make up the "rules" as
they go along. This dictator has even reportedly called OUR Constitution
"...just a goddamned piece of paper." Apparently, pursuant to your oath and
your duties to the Public Trust, you failed to investigate this disparaging
and shocking statement by this traitorous fool, masquerading as president of
this great Nation, or take any action against it. "Anyone" means any one,
and that any one could mean any member of your family or any American
Citizen who speaks his conscience, which speech is guaranteed in the
Constitution, specifically the First Amendment, or those loyal Americans who
rightfully support and treasure the Supreme Law of the Land, for which
millions of brave American servicemen and women have given their lives -
their very last full measure of devotion - in their misguided belief that
they were protecting and supporting this Constitution for the Rights of ALL
Americans when, in fact, their devotion was manipulated and they were
actually aiding and abetting the war machine to the great benefit of the
evil elite which controls this Nation and which apparently you support and
serve, without question or comment. You are a disgraceful insult to those
brave Americans, to this Nation and to humanity. Face it, fool. You serve
evil, each and every day of your life.

The very concept of this bill defies all for which America stands. We are
supposed to be the "shining beacon" and the "bastion of freedom" for the
world, yet, we, as a Nation, condone and conduct torture, as a custom,
practice and usual business policy of this government, and this
long-standing torture has now been "legalized" by and through this
unconstitutional, evil bill. Surely, you have heard of Marbury vs. Madison.
The piece of treason passed by this do-nothing, miserable excuse for a
congress, which Bush signed and which you (supported) (did not support), is
entirely null and void and without lawful force or effect, whatsoever, upon
American Citizens. However, this government has become a Nazi-type
government, with your full support, so that now, in America, if one does not
know and claim his Rights, he has none. This, of course, is done with your
full cooperation and endorsement, either by your actions and/or your
inactions.

The fraud that America is, now is being recognized by the vast majority of
American Citizens, who are apparently awakening from their imposed slumber
and slavery perpetrated upon them by this evil government, which you serve
and by whom you are handsomely paid for your silence and your complicity.
The tragedy of 911 was a very serious blow to Americans and an absolute
crime committed upon those unfortunate people who died in New York on that
terrible day and for their families. As America begins to awaken from its
long imposed stupor by the shock resultant from such a treacherous and
unfathomable act, as well as from the disgusting, blatant display of
corruption, greed and inefficiency demonstrated by this congress and this
administration, the vast majority of Americans now believe that their "own"
government was involved in or actually perpetrated the 911 tragedy to
advance the hidden and perfidious agenda of the Plan for the New American
Century (PNAC) and to "justify" the U.S. government's unwarranted invasion
of two sovereign nations, Afghanistan and Iraq for the benefit of the
wealthy elite, whom you serve and whom the president so snidely calls "his
base".

You, of course, in your position, must be aware of the sentiment in this
Nation. On the surface, the very idea that any government would betray and
murder its own Citizens sounds ridiculous and incredible, but the U.S.
government has lied to the American People consistently and constantly
virtually from its very inception. Anyone who believes a perpetual liar is a
fool, and the vast majority of Americans are quickly learning that they have
been the fools, manipulated and deceived by the very government which is
supposed to serve their best interests and uphold their Rights. What a
tragic farce, which, of course, you openly support, by your silence.

One only has to take a look at the Gulf of Tonkin and the fraud surrounding
that; "Operation Northwoods" and the fraud surrounding that; the "Red
Menace" in Korea and the fraud surrounding that; Pearl Harbor and the fraud
surrounding that; The Lusitanian and the fraud surrounding that; The Maine
and the fraud surrounding that; the lies used to predicate the Civil War and
the enormous fraud surrounding that; the 14th Amendment and the enormous
fraud surrounding that, and the numerous frauds extending back to the
American Revolution and the gigantic fraud surrounding that revolution, to
understand how these manipulations, deceptions, frauds, and unconscionable
murders of our own Citizens take place, as a custom, practice and normal
business operation of this evil de facto, corporate U.S. government, which
operates for its own purpose, its own power, absolute control of the
American People, and for its sinister commercial purposes on behalf of the
hidden masters, whom you serve. War serves only evil and provides huge
profit for the war mongers, one of whom is you, in collusion and conspiracy
with all other government officials, minus a few who make it look good. Take
the profit out of war and see how many wars we would have. Put yourself,
your own kids and grandkids in the war and see how many wars we would have.

Gargantuan fraudulent and extremely profitable businesses have been built up
because of the murderous fraud committed by this government on 9/11/01, and
their unholy profits continue to mount as they serve the interests of this
evil government and its evil controllers, at the expense of and to the
detriment of the freedom of the American People. To have this enormous,
fraudulent security interest serving private purposes, built upon the fraud
committed by our own government on 911, undermines the very foundation of
this Nation and robs America of its precious inheritance, wrought under
grave threat for their lives and safety, by our brave founding fathers. What
do you think they would think of the fraud that America has become under
your watch? It does not take a genius to see what has been going on for a
long time in this country. In short, "Problem/Reaction/Solution" seems to be
the way of this government to advance and perpetrate unbridled hegemony,
political, economic and social control over most of the countries of this
world, and gigantic commercial gain for the handful of master-elites, whom
you serve. The major insult and fraud is that these security interests have
arisen from the fraud perpetrated on 911 by the U.S. government, of whom you
are a member, and you say nothing about it.

Even though the last two national elections were total frauds, which the
American People are beginning to understand, this last election, which also,
based upon the last two elections, may have been manipulated, was not
manipulated enough to silence the voice of the People who spoke out in
opposition to this government, on all levels. Now is your time to become a
"shining hero" to the American People and reverse the treason which has been
an active part of the U.S. government for the past six years, and
long-standing, though less obviously, prior to that, for the past two
centuries. Either you are part of the solution or you are part of the
problem. You either serve the fraudulent corporate government and its hidden
controllers, or you serve the People, under the Constitution of the United
States of America. You will be known by your actions and not your words. It
is your choice, stand up for your country, pursuant to your sworn oath, or
stand in treason. We await your actions, not your words.

If you disagree with anything in this letter, then rebut that with which you
disagree, in writing, with particularity, to me, within 30 days of this
letter's date, and support your disagreement with evidence, fact and law.
Your failure to respond, as stipulated, is your agreement with and admission
to the fact that everything in this letter is true, correct, legal, lawful,
and is your irrevocable agreement attesting to this, fully binding upon you,

Dramatic Development U.S. Court of Appeals Rules WTP Does Not Have To Disclose Identities of Supporters

As previously reported, on August 9, 2007, federal District Court Judge Thomas McAvoy issued a Decision and Order that granted IRS's motion for a Summary Judgment permanently enjoining Schulz and WTP from certain activities including "assisting in the preparation of a document related to a matter material to the internal revenue laws." In addition, McAvoy ordered Schulz and WTP to turn over to the DOJ, by August 30, 2007, a list identifying all persons who have been provided "materials containing false information." On Wednesday, August 29, 2007, Bob Schulz traveled to Albany, NY where he filed a Notice of Appeal to the United States Court of Appeals from the Decision and Order issued on August 9th by federal District Court Judge Thomas McAvoy. On Thursday morning, August 30, 2007, Bob Schulz traveled to Manhattan where he filed an Emergency Motion with the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit to prevent District Court Judge Thomas McAvoy and the DOJ from enforcing the terms of Judge McAvoy's August 9th Order, at least until the Second Circuit has reached a determination of the merits of the appeal from that Order. Chinese Secret Society Challenges Illuminati

A Chinese secret society with 6 million members, including 1.8 million Asian gangsters and 100,000 professional assassins, have targeted Illuminati members if they proceed with world depopulation plans, according to Tokyo-based journalist Benjamin Fulford, 46.

They contacted Fulford, a Canadian expat, after he warned that the Illuminati plan to reduce the Asian population to just 500 million by means of race-specific biological weapons.

"The Illuminati, with the exception of Japan, is very much a white man's game," Fulford says.

The secret society confirmed Fulford's information and asked for advice. He provided them with a list of 10,000 people associated with the Illuminati, mainly members of the Bilderberg, CFR and Skull and Bones. Neo Cons are also high priority targets.

"I have promised that not a single person will die if they negotiate in good faith," Fulford says.

Fulford is the former Asian Pacific bureau chief for Forbes magazine. He quit in disgust when Forbes refused to run a damaging story about one of its advertisers. Fulford has since written 15 books in Japanese. His most recent is a scathing dissection of the 9-11 Hoax.

Fulford says Japan has been controlled in secret by the Illuminati through the use of murder and bribery. Underground sources tell him the Americans have murdered over 200 Japanese politicians and influential citizens since the end of WW2.

Among the victims are former Prime Ministers Tanaka, Takeshita, Ohira and Obuchi. They were all murdered using a special drug that induces strokes. The Illuminati have been warned that the Chinese secret society will not tolerate any more murders. It has also extended its protection to truth seekers in the West.

AN ANCIENT SOCIETY

The Chinese Secret Society is called the "The Green and the Red Societies," Fulford says.

It "can be found in the history books. When the Manchus invaded China in 1644, the Ming army became an underground society aimed at overthrowing the Qing (Manchu) and restoring the Ming. They supported the Boxer Rebellion but were put down by imperialist powers. Later, with the help of overseas Chinese and the Japanese imperial family, the society managed to overthrow the last Emperor and install Sun Yat Sen in his place. They last appear in the history books as the Green Gang and the Red Gang that fiercely fought the Communists in Shanghai in the 1940’s. They were defeated by the Communists in 1949 and once again became an underground organization."

"Since 1949 they have steadily increased their influence throughout China and the rest of the world. They have members at the very highest levels of the Chinese government but they are by nature anti-establishment, and are not an official Chinese government organization. ..

"The society has deep roots in Japan because of the link between Yakuza crime gangs and the Japanese imperial family. The Japanese imperial family are descended from 6th century Korean invaders. The original invaders had trouble putting down the native Jomon peoples so they brought over a tough, warlike minority people from the Asian mainland. These are the ancestors of the Yakuza. They have historically been used for secret work and for jobs like collecting taxes. When the Japanese decided to help overthrow the last Chinese dynasty, they used the Yakuza as a go-between with the Chinese secret society, many of whose members were gangsters. To this day many of the senior leaders of this group are actually Japanese, not Chinese."

"It must be made very clear though that it is not a crime gang. Although many members are Triad and Yakuza members, over 2/3 thirds of the members are intellectuals such as university professors, researchers and government bureaucrats. Each member earns their own living and membership in the society is like belonging to an emergency fire brigade. Their book of rules reads like a book of ethics filled with instructions to do things like help the weak, fight injustice, help your comrades etc."

"They approached me and asked if they could help after I made a speech in Tokyo describing the Bush regimes’ use of race-specific biological weapons. For me it was like a ghost from the history books appearing right in front of me. At first I thought of silly things like having them play 911 truth videos in Chinatowns around the world. However, then I remembered the scene from the movie Kill Bill where Uma Thurman snatches out her opponent’s eye. I soon realized these people could save the world by directly attacking the eye at the top of the pyramid on the one-dollar bill."

"Think about it, the illuminati and their top servants have a total membership of about 10,000 whereas the Chinese group has over 6 million members. That is 600-to-one odds. Furthermore, the 6 million have the names and addresses of the 10,000 while the 10,000 do not know who or where the 6 million are."

FULFORD ON THE ILLUMINATI

"Below is a brief a summary of the intelligence I have received from sources including: former Japanese Prime Ministers, senior Yakuza gangsters, senior Japanese Freemasons, Western intelligence agencies etc.

"First the illuminati are really inbred families of European and North American traditional aristocracy and banking families. They control the U.S., England, Europe (except for Scandinavian countries, Germany and Italy; Italy kicked them out in the 1970's),Japan, Africa, Iran, Canada and Mexico. They do not control China, Russia (Putin kicked them out for the first time since 1917), India, South East Asia, South America, Cuba etc.

"Their goal is to create a world government. Until 2 years ago the plan was the New World Order. That was outlined pretty clearly in the Project for a New American Century. However, with the debacle in Iraq, the secret government of the West changed to a new plan that is a world government based on the EU. To do this they will sabotage the U.S. economy.

"However, there is a big schism in the secret government. Jay Rockefeller and Philip Rothschild support one faction, the Global Warming Faction. Opposing them is the War on Terrorism Faction supported by David Rockefeller and the JP Morgan descendents (Bush, Harriman, Walker etc.). The warming people want to sell 500 nuclear power plants to China and a similar amount to the rest of the world. The terrorism guys want to keep U.S. dominance by maintaining control over oil. Putin was a huge setback for them.

"They are also neo-Nazis who want to reduce the amount of colored people in the world by at least half through disease, starvation and war. The Chinese secret society got wind of this and is preparing to stop them."

GERMANY ITALY AND SCANDINAVIA NOT ILLUMINATI?

I challenged Fulford on Germany, Italy, Scandinavia and possibly Russia not being controlled by the Illuminati. He replied that "the quality of my intelligence varies":

"I can say with certainty that China, Russia and India are free. When Putin kicked out Nieslev and Bereshovsky and arrested Khordokovsky, he basically kicked the Rockefellers and Rothschilds out of Russia. I have good Russian sources and am confident Putin is a nationalist who is fighting the Illuminati with all his might. When ex-NSA chief Bobby Inman spoke at the Foreign Correspondent’s Club of Japan on June 26th he made it very clear he expected a protracted struggle with Russia.

"India kicked them out in Ghandi’s day and they have never been allowed back. Having liberated themselves after 300 years of Illuminati (East India Company) rule, they do not intend to let themselves fall under their control again.

"There have been many attempts by the Illuminati to infiltrate and dominate China. They financed Chairman Mao but he then kicked them out in the 1960’ s (that is why China and the USSR nearly went to war then). They are now trying to create a financial crisis in China that would open the way for them to infiltrate the Chinese financial system. They will not succeed. Italy basically purged itself during the big P2 Masonic lodge scandal back in the 80’s and re-infiltration has only been partly successful. Germany is part of the Nato alliance and is thus indirectly controlled. There is a powerful branch of the Rothschild family operating there.

"However, Germany does not appear on a top-secret Illuminati power flow chart I have obtained. As far as Iran is concerned, I know they financed Ayatollah Khomeini and Iran appears on the flow chart I have. My understanding is they want to provoke a conflict between Islam and the West so they can consolidate their control over the Muslim and Christian worlds before finishing world conquest by taking over China and India."

CONCLUSION

Fulford says a meeting is being arranged with Russia’s Vladimir Putin to make sure the KGB also cooperates in this plan to snatch the eye out of the pyramid.

"So far, I have told the Illuminati that they are no longer allowed to murder Japanese politicians. I now plan to extend this protection to all politicians in the West. If the illuminati assassinate or attempt to assassinate Ron Paul, Barak Obama or any politician, may God have mercy on their souls."

"Since I am a peace-loving, laid-back Canadian suddenly put in a situation of great responsibility, I feel I must act as a servant of the weakest people and creatures on the planet. I have also been negotiating in secret with the Illuminati in the hopes of arranging for them to cede power without any bloodshed in exchange for a general amnesty.

'Trust me on this, the illuminati have failed because of their racism. Although other peoples understand that theWest is a slave society, those living there do not realize it. The illuminati do not control China, India or now Russia. They are about to lose power. We are like people living in Berlin before the collapse of the Berlin wall. The illuminati are like the Wizard of Oz; once you pull aside the curtain you are surprized by how weak they really are. They rely on illusion. Once the illusion is gone, they are just a bunch of weak old men.

"I do believe we now have a real chance to end the New World Order and start the New Age. The New Age would be one where war, poverty and environmental destruction would only be found in the history books."

I applaud Benjamin Fulford's courage, idealism and defiance. However, he is new to this subject and may have been mislead. He shouldn't use Illuminati teminology like "New Age" . The Illuminati control the central banks of Russia, China, India and Venezuela. They control the EU. Germany may not appear on the Illuminati chart because it is at the top. Barak Obama is a Zionist stooge. The Illuminati Li Ka-Shing (and family) has had a major role in China. Heck, the Communists are Illuminati. I thought the Illuminati controlled organized crime. I can't imagine a genuinely benevolent secret society. It would be encouraging if this were one.

It's possible Fulford is sincere but is being used to confuse and/or create divisions. Possibly they want to ramp up domestic terrorism as an excuse for martial law. Now, Orientals as well as Muslims could be on the watch list. This secret society is challenging the traitorous Western Establishment. We're talking about the State Apparatus! So please be critical. It may or may not be what he says. Time will tell.

In any case, it's time we refused to bow down to tyranny and called a spade a spade.
Imagine, in Japan he writes the truth in the mainstream media! Maybe some day, we'll do that in America. Benjamin Fulford is an inspiration and deserves our thanks.

Having read yours and Mr.Fulford's articles on rense.com,I believe Mr.Fulford's naivete' runs deeper than even you state.I became more convinced of this after listening to his interview.A few questions ocurred to me.
Why did he feel the need to publish this "threat"?It would have had a greater effect had it been delivered to the relevent parties in secret.I guess he thought we should know who we should be beholden to.
Would we really be better off under "his" gangsters than the current crop of gangsters? A gangster is a gangster;it's all about who has the power.And they WILL exercise it.
Is he not aware of the Illminati threat to take down the whole planet with them if it looks like THEY are going to go down?Checkmate?
I think this"threat"is either a Illminati hoax,or a unrealistic pipe-dream.It will be interesting to watch either way.

This is one of the most interesting--and encouraging--reports I've read in many years. Having lived in Taiwan for 16 years, where
I was friends with several ranking members of the Bamboo Union (a direct branch of the Green/Red group), I know this is could well be true, and I certainly hope it is.

Illuminati! What can be done about them? Their strongest asset is secrecy.

Congratulations on posting another very interesting article.

Your latest post on Fulford is very interesting but many of his points seem dubious to me too. The wealthiest men in Russia are obviously Zionist Jews and who knows about the one that is supposed not to be Jewish. This looks like the phoney 'Cold War' all over again.

Same thing for China. They now have de facto control of both ends of the Panama canal which the US recently fought for when Bush (père) turned on his old business partner Noriega, like he did more recently with his other business partner Saddam Hussein albeit by his demented son. According to Alex Jones and some other information I have read the neoconartists were trying to give huge strategic concessions to China as far as important US shipping facilities on USA soil and an inspection facility in the Bahamas.

Just looking at news reports from Germany on their Draconian anti-Semitic laws is enough to show that the Illuminati are in full control, as they are in many other EU countries and elsewhere.

The fact that this Fulford is speaking as if he is making decisions on this and chosing who he is going to protect makes me suspect that this Canadian ex-pat is suffering from delusions of grandeur.

Assassinating all the major Illuminati figures doesn't seem to be such a bad idea to me, but then where would we be when we are controlled by another group of criminals, which are somehow described as 'nice' assassins.

Maybe it would be amusing if they started killing each other off but I have no faith in the outcome of such an event. Democracy and freedom play no part in the mafia mentality whichever side wins and the only real losers would be us.

Perhaps Fulford really believes that he has suddenly inherited this 'power' but I see him as nothing more than a disinformation dupe.

His conclusions don't mesh with my understanding of what we loosely call the Illuminati. It's existed in every 'civilized' culture and may pre-date agriculture. Features are hierarchy of a tiered, compartmentalized pyramid with a 'capstone' of ultimate rulers that even the highest orders don't know who they are. It's as old as animal husbandry. It doesn't discriminate by race or region, but by recognition of traits of ruthlessness, cunning, and inborn ability to blindly follows order of superiors in a hierarchy--they are the human predator pack.

The secret societies of Asia and the Pacific rim have always been identical to western secret societies all the way back to the dynasties which were going on in the time of Sumer, Babylon, and ancient Egypt.

OUR NATION'S PLIGHT: SUCH A SIMPLE SOLUTION

The simple solutions are sometimes so elusive. In our day of computer created answers, the most difficult and complex issues in all of history are coming to within moments of our grasp. If we could just cut through all of the rotted timber that lies in our road. You see, without the use of a computer or a committee of Congressional experts to tell me what to do, I have naively arrived at the answers to this nation’s most critical problems. All but one…..

It involves just a pinch of hypocrisy, however. You see, it involves some decisive and unilateral action. Inadvertently, I have made this REALLY difficult. Honestly, I just cannot stand the thought of one more executive order or presidential directive from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. These dictatorial decrees have nearly ruined any future this nation has left to it. But, in this exceptional case, I have asked the President to consider the following list of executive orders to be implemented as quickly as he can find his way back to the White House from his suite at the Mexican embassy.

I am serious about this request. I am confident that these “final executive orders” could and should be issued for the survival of our nation. The list is as follows:

I. Effective immediately, the Federal Reserve Act is repealed. All currency in the United States will be issued directly from the Treasury and will be in conformity with the US Constitution’s mandate regarding the coining and value of the currency. The Federal Reserve, as a private bank, is to be closed immediately upon payment of the national debt.

II. The “debt” of the United States is to be paid in full with the minting of one gold coin stamped eight trillion US dollars and deposited in the US Treasury paying the Federal Reserve in full. No more debt, no more interest to pay. The US will use money and assets instead of debt and interest controlled by private bankers as a way of doing government business.

III. The 14th, 16th, and 17th amendments are suspended pending state votes that will repeal them.

IV. Eliminate all laws, mandates, programs, expenditures and taxes that have been implemented that are unconstitutional or have been put in place since the 17th amendment of 1913. Senators are returned to appointment from their state legislatures rather than elected.

V. No wars or policing actions are to be undertaken without a Congressional Declaration of War and ALL US troops returned to America from anywhere in the world. The world may deal with their problems as they see fit.

VI. All foreign aid or assistance repealed and immediately unfunded. On a case by case basis, humanitarian aid may be granted by Congress.

VII. All US borders sealed and illegal alien border jumping criminals to be deported. All immigration halted until the situation concerning entry is settled. No exceptions. All illegals remaining in the US without documentation are ineligible for ANY assistance of ANY kind ANYWHERE in the US. Without a voluntary return to their country of origin, illegals are subject to 20 years in a southern internment camp without parole. Several million incarcerated US prisoners may pick strawberries.

VIII. The United Nations organization is given six months to vacate the US. The United States will withdraw its membership and dues from the UN effective immediately and permanently. It is now a treasonous act to negotiate a North American Union type “secretive” treaty, by-pass Congress in sending troops outside the US other than to rescue US citizens held by a foreign power, or to contrive with business and banking cartels to deprive the US worker of a job opportunity sent overseas to avoid taxes or offering US citizens employment within the United States.

IX. The CIA. FBI, BATFE, IRS, DEA, Homeland Security, DIA, NSA, will all be eliminated and replaced with one organization charged with total intelligence management. All other investigative functions will be the responsibility of the states according to the needs and legality assured within the US Constitution for citizens of the various states.

X. All states will have exclusive control over their state guard units. Defense of the US will consist of one military command using ground, sea air, space, and missile assets termed the United States Defense Command.

There will be no Defense Command role within a state’s jurisdiction unless attacked by hostile forces. The Pentagon would become the largest US mall.

XI. All states will maintain police forces assigned to crime prevention and safety roles in local communities without connection to or use by any national policing units controlled or created by the military.

XII. All Federal level courts/tribunals/administrative law courts are to be eliminated with the exception of the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. It is an impeachable offense to legislate from the bench or deny ANY accused individual of a fully informed jury that retains full, final, and total authority to judge both the facts and the constitutionality of the law in the jury room and render an untouchable verdict to the court as the jury demands with no exceptions.

XIII. All schools of any description and at any level shall be free from any governmental intrusion whatsoever. Local levies and tuitions shall pay for the schooling of the student’s choice. School records, student privacy, non-mandated inoculations, dress, attendance, testing, grading, policy and procedures shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the duly elected local governing board. Factual history, mathematics, language, fine arts and science shall be taught without any form of political intervention or propaganda from any source.

XIV. Taxes, tariffs, and budgetary expenditures will be implemented and appropriated with strict adherence to the US Constitution’s decree concerning apportionment and the reach of taxing jurisdictions.

XV. Medicine, health care, hospital and medical certification will not exclude the use of natural medicines, therapies, procedures and research.

The FDA/Center for Disease Control is limited to non-biased research and recommendations based on the scientific method. No one connected to a pharmaceutical company may have any relationship with any medical facility or researcher except through a written chain of command that keeps a shatter proof barrier between the business aspect and medical worthiness of a proven protocol of treatment approved by a healing arts board. They are positioned only to accept or reject the viability of a regimen for patient use. Pharmaceutical companies may NOT patent natural cures.

XVI. An inventor’s discovery of any energy related product may be protected and rewarded by government to provide the certainty that the discovery will in fact be used by all who choose to use it and prohibit discovery theft or non-use by industries threatened by its production. The inventor or discoverer of revolutionary materials will be awarded with its profits and rights to distribute for the good of mankind. XVII. From this moment forward, no new executive orders or presidential directives will be issued for any reason and to do so would be grounds for immediate removal from office. The exception would be to use them as originally intended within the executive branch for the smooth operation of that branch only.

Now, there it is. Without a doubt, this would bring the United States into a position of strength and prosperity promised countless times by thousands of politicians over the past 100 years. I know the hypocrisy reeks as I told you it would. However, sometimes back-burning a forest fire is the one good way to stop it. I said at the start, I could virtually eliminate all of the most disastrous aspects of this nation’s lethal present course. All but one…… The only thing I cannot recommend change for is you. Are you willing to fight for these issues and many others? Are you willing to try to bring a new approach before you no longer can even speak of it?

I have sent my letter to the President. I pray to God that he will devise something close to this and become the greatest president in the history of our nation. I hope that he has not been so far removed from what is right and best for us, that he can summon the courage to take these 17 simple orders and change history. I have also sent these to Congress in the belief that honest men and women of courage and loyalty will take up their cause as well. Could it be that Congress would beat the president to the decrees and implement law, REAL law for the sake of our children? That is where it SHOULD happen. There is not a single word here that the courts, honest and fair courts could reject.

In 1500 words, you my precious fellow citizens, have the beginning of a brand new America. Can we do it? Absolutely, yes. Will it happen? Only if you demand it, God wills it, and all who have a chance to become first class heroes face the enemy’s fire and prevail.

Workable Answer to one Question could Save America

1. Is there anyway to force government to protect us from invaders and Anarchy as guaranteed in the United States Constitution?

2. Is there any way to charge government officials with Treason without going through the U.S. Attorney?

3. Anarchy by public officials exists at all levels of government leaving citizens with no recourse to government, can citizens appeal directly to U.S. Supreme court for redress?

4. Can we bring civil actions under RICO against local, state and federal officials and those in business with whom they are colluding to deny us our rights under the Constitution and Laws of the United States?

5. Can we bring civil actions against sanctuary city officials for refusing to obey and enforce federal laws using U.S. Code-Title 42, Sec. 1983. “Civil Action For Deprivation of any Rights, Privileges, or Immunities secured by the Constitution and Laws”, but denied by state and local officials such as in sanctuary cities?

6. Can we charge any legislator with corruption who votes to support illegals and we can prove they received money from employers of illegals?

7. The so called amnesty bill seeks to legalize unconstitutional actions and non actions, is the law then unconstitutional?

8. Is there any way to force government officials to obey the constitution and laws of the United States?

9. Our Constitution is the basis for all government power, so do government officials who refuse to follow the constitution have any legitimate power?

10. Can we challenge in court, the vote of officials in congress if we can prove they were on the take?

11. Do American citizens have any way to be compensated for the thousands who were murdered, raped, robbed and molested by illegal invaders supported and protected by business and government contrary to our constitution and laws?

12. Can we force Federal Government to withhold all federal funds in accordance with the law from sanctuary cities that refuse to obey and enforce federal laws for the benefit of local officials and criminal employers?

13. Sanctuary City Officials are nullifying federal laws and the Constitution of the United States. Nullification by state and local officials was a primary cause of our bloody Civil War. Can we assume that these greedy officials are trying to incite a Civil War?

14. Is there no legal recourse for the millions of Americans who will lose their Social Security, Medicare, Veterans and all other benefits because officials gave their benefits to illegal invaders to increase profits of criminal employers?

15. Is there no legal recourse for the millions of poor Americans who have lost their jobs to illegals who are encouraged to invade our country by criminal employers and protected by government officials?

16. Can Government Officials at all levels do whatever they please by ignoring the Constitution and Laws of The United States ?

17. Do we have any legal options against an agenda driven media that reports propaganda and refuses to report the truth?

18. Does the constitution of The United States make any provision for the lawful removal of government officials for failure to obey The Constitution and Laws of The United States other than appeal to these same traitors, or waiting till the next election?

It is my sincere prayer that someone out there can answer one or more of these questions quickly in a way that will save this country. Just a very few of the facts that support my need for prayer are as follows:

1. There is no such thing as any economic benefit from illegal invaders they will cause abject poverty for Americans.

2. Every illegal head of household costs taxpayers $19,588 a year, over and above any taxes paid.

3. Taxpayer support of illegals is money that ends up in the pockets of criminal employers and government officials.

4. Business and government officials want cheap labor and abject poverty for Americans.

5. Using the Security and Prosperity Partnership for North Americ a, SPP, Criminal elites in business and Government are stealing our sovereignty so we can be slaves of Business.

6. Business must have open borders for cheap labor and control, that is why government has refused to obey our constitution and laws, even framing Border Patrol Agents for doing their jobs.

7. It is obvious from their actions that elites, born into wealth, hate America, and the corporations they control do not give a damn about this country.

8. Corporations and government officials are sharing the blood money they get from hiring and protecting illegal invaders which is looting the resources of our country. It is blood money because 25 Americans die every day, on average, at the hands of illegals.

9. Twenty nine percent of convicts in state and federal prisons are illegal invaders at a cost to us of $1.6 billion a year. They are only 4% of our population.

10. Forty seven per cent of cited/stopped divers in California have no license, no insurance, and no registration. 92% of these people are illegals.

11. Seventy one percent of all apprehended cars stolen in 2005 in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and California were stolen by illegals.

12. Ninety five percent of warrants for murder in Los Angeles are for illegals.

13. Without question, there is anarchy in California, Americans are leaving California in droves. Only a complete idiot would even visit such a lawless and dangerous place.

14. California is the most glaring example of the total, and deliberate failure of all levels of Government to obey the Constitution and Laws of the United States.

We must defeat this Amnesty bill and every politician who supported it. They are guilty of Treason. We must demand that government deport every last illegal on sight and return this country from Anar chy to Constitutional Government and the Rule of Law. Our Constitution guarantees us a hell of a lot more than we are getting.
